Description
The project will involve the reporposing of existing buildings for the delivery of 455 units of social housing for around 1,600 beneficiaries annually, elderly homes for approximately 730 seniors, and student residencies to provide around 730 places for students per year. The project will imporve the living conditions of nearly 3,060 beneficiaries annually and will have a total built area of 56,266 m2 that will be constructed to the hightest standards of energy efficiency.
