NEFCO signs loan agreement for Ukraine Higher Education

On 19 December, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and NEFCO signed a EUR 30 million loan agreement for an E5P supported project for Ukraine Higher Education. The project will also receive a loan from the European Investment Bank which is the lead financer.
