Description

The overall objective of this project is to address this situation and provide cost and energy efficient measures for the municipal buildings in the city of Zhytomyr:

• Improving EE and reduce energy http://ukraine.e5p.eu/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=efivep_projectlosses in public buildings leading to decreased gas consumption
• Reduce expenses through lowered heat consumption
• Improving the quality of heat and hot water supply
• Provide positive environmental impact due to reduction of CO2 emissions
• Through institutional support to e g restructuring of operations, improve municipal heat demand side management
