Signing of the E5P Grant Agreement for Moldova Solid Waste Management (Zone 8)

Minister of Environment of the Republic of Moldova Ms Iordanca-Rodica Iordanov and Head of EBRD in Moldova Ms Catarina Bjorlin Hansen signed E5P Grant Agreement (EUR 5.4 million) for investments in Waste Management Zone 8, under the Moldova Solid Waste Project.
The distinguished guests included Ambassador of Sweden – H.E. Ms Katarina Fried; Delegation of European Union to the Republic of Moldova – Deputy Head of Operations Mr Adam Grodzicki; Embassy of Germany - Deputy Head of Mission Dr Peter Buschmann; Embassy of Poland – Mr Maciej Kowalczyk; Embassy of Lithuania – Mr Liudas Gintautas Dabkus, Attaché; and the Mayors of Briceni, Donduseni, Edinet, Ocnita cities.
