In the face of Russia’s full-scale invasion almost three and a half years ago, E5P donors have helped Ukraine modernise its critical infrastructure across the country: restoring heating, improving access to clean water, boosting energy efficiency, and investing in renewable energy.

Ahead of the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 next week, we’ve taken a broader look at the impact our projects have had since the invasion.

With Russian attacks intensifying in recent weeks, the need for this work is only growing.
