City of Gyumri signs E5P Grant Agreement for Gyumri Street Lighting

The E5P Grant Agreement for the modernisation of street lighting in the City of Gyumri was signed on 3 March 2020 by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Armenia, the Mayor of Gyumri and the EBRD as fund manager of E5P.  The distinguished guests included the Ambassador of the European Union, Ambassador of Lithuania, Ambassador of Poland, Minister-Counsellor from the Swedish Embassy as well as guests from the participating Ministries.
