Description

The overall objective of this project is to implement energy saving measures in municipal buildings in the city of Chernivtsi, to decrease energy consumption and costs for operation and maintenance, and reduce CO2 emission. Furthermore the project will improve the learning environment and class conditions of more than 14,000 pupils and will demonstrate commitment by the city administration to save energy and to use renewable energy sources.
