Description

The EIB is financing programme supporting investments in the higher education sector in Ukraine. The project concerns construction and refurbishment of teaching, research and supporting facilities of seven universities in Ukraine.

The project’s objective is to achieve energy efficiency and energy savings elements in seven universities while improving the quality of teaching, learning space and academic research facilities and reducing the operating costs of the universities.
