Project inauguration! Armenia is upgrading its waste management facilities with the support of E5P donors.

This week, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan inaugurated a new solid waste site in the city of Hrazdan – serving 60 surrounding rural areas.
The €11m project, supported by an E5P grant of €2m, also includes new waste transfer stations and essential equipment to improve public health and environmental safety.
The project is big step forward in Armenia’s shift to sustainable waste management.
