Modern heating for Lutsk

With support from an E5P grant and an EBRD loan, Lutsk’s district heating company upgraded its system in 2024.
The work improved reliability and cut 30,000 tonnes of CO₂ last year – equal to the emissions of 12,000 homes.
These upgrades are now keeping 130,000 residents warm, even as Russia intensifies its attacks.
